S2 Week 8 - Tuesday (4/1)

 Happy week 8! I hope this message finds you well! Today, we reviewed endings (adding -s, -es, -ies; adding -er, -est, -ing, -ed). We also worked on our fables.   Additionally, I wanted to inform you that I will not be at school on Monday and Tuesday. I will return on Wednesday, when we will be having our listening exam. The oral exam will take place on Thursday and Friday. Please encourage your child to prepare diligently for these exams.  Please see below for resources and homework.   Happy week 7! I hope this message finds you well! We went over our Week 7 Vocabulary (#17-24). Students have a worksheet in their bubble books to complete for it. We also reviewed digraphs. If students have not finished their fable or pen pal letters, I have assigned it to them as homework, and reminded them to complete it.  Please have students turn in their Chinese letter to their American pen pals. While the pen pals’ original letters are in simplified Chinese, students may write their responses in traditional Chinese. Please see below for resources and homework. We also went over our Week 7 Vocabulary (#9-16). Students have a worksheet in their bubble books to complete for it. We also reviewed digraphs. If students have not finished their fable or pen pal letters, I have assigned it to them as homework, and reminded them to complete it.  Please have students turn in their Chinese letter to their American pen pals.
